Jacob DipoFamodimu is a Founding Partner at Fountain Hill LP. His core areas of legal practice include Dispute Resolution, Taxation, and Insolvency.. He is a Notary Public, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI), and a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (ABR). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Ibadan.
Prior to founding Fountain Hill LP, Jacob amassed over 15 years of experience in active legal practice. He held key leadership positions, including Senior Associate and Team Lead of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Advocaat Law Practice and Wall & Ace LP. He was also a member of the Taxation Practice Group at Advocaat Law Practice.
A renowned litigator and seasoned practitioner in mediation and arbitration, Jacob represents a diverse clientele before superior courts of record, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums. He has also handled numerous criminal defence cases, including pro bono representations in various courts across Nigeria.
In the area of taxation, Jacob provides advisory and representational services to major players in Nigeria's corporate sector on a wide range of tax-related matters.
